Where is BAIR made?
BAIR is designed by our female only team in Atlanta,GA and passed to be 100% USA manufactured in Los Angeles, California. Designed in ATL, made in LA.
Can I make a change to my order?
Once an order is placed, unfortunately we cannot make any changes to it.
How do I make a return?
Please use our Returns page and portal for all returns domestic and international
Where do you ship?
We ship wherever our trusted carriers Fedex, DHL, and UPS ship
Where is my order?
Once an order is placed online, please allow 3-5 business days to receive shipping and tracking information. Please keep in mind that this information will be sent to the email address used in your order.
The style I want says sold out, how do I know if it's being restocked?
Make sure to enter your email under the restock notification on each page. Make sure to also sign up for our emails as we always send a little reminder when styles restock.
Tracking says my package was delivered but I haven't received it yet.
Once a package is out of our BAIR warehouse, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Occasionally, the carrier will deliver this package within 24 hours if it's was marked as delivered by mistake. If your package has not arrived within 2 days of delivery date, please file a claim with your carrier. We'd love to check into things from our end as well. Once you've filed a claim, please send us your order number so that we can follow up on any lost shipments.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately with our limited stock, we do not offer exchanges. We offer returns through payment method used only. Returns are only accepted for all unworn merchandise with tags attached.
Do you offer international returns?
We currently only provide prepaid shipping labels for domestic returns. We do not offer shipping labels for international orders. Once you've initiated your return, please email usinfo@bairbybria.comwith your tracking information. Once it arrives to our warehouse, we will issue a return.
I received the wrong item, what can be done?
We are so sorry this happened! Please email us atinfo@bairbybria.comand we will send a return shipping label to you. Upon receiving the garments to our warehouse, we will ship the correct styles.
How do I know my size? Do the styles vary?
We have a few core fabrics at BAIR, which all have different stretch factors. Please make sure to look at the detailed description for each style where we will advise you to size up or size down.
